We are currently seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our teams in multiple locations across Australia. The role is crucial to the success of our hotels and involves overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with hotel standards.
Responsibilities:- Manage housekeeping operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Supervise staff and ensure they meet performance expectations
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve hotel goals
- Minimum of a Diploma-level qualification in hospitality management or related field
- At least two years of work experience in a similar Housekeeping Manager role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work on a rotating roster when required
