Leadership Role in Practice Excellence

BaptistCare is seeking a seasoned leader to drive excellence in practice across community services, housing, and aged care programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement national practice models aligned with trauma-informed and person-centred principles.
  • Design and create practice tools and resources for consistent, high-quality frontline delivery.
  • Support innovation and continuous improvement in service models and practice delivery.
  • Establish strong partnerships with operational leaders, governance teams, and external partners.
  • Oversee supervision frameworks and specialist consultation models across all programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards.
  • Provide leadership to a team of practice and governance specialists.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, allied health, or related field.
  • Senior leadership experience in practice oversight within community, aged care, or housing sectors.
  • Strong capability leading multidisciplinary teams and implementing frameworks.
  • Understanding of legislative and regulatory environments across our service sectors.
