Quality and Risk Management Professional

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the business' future growth and development. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of our Quality Management System.
About the Role:- Lead the development and maintenance of our Quality Management System in accordance with ASQM 1, ASQM 2, and APES 320 standards.
- Monitor compliance with professional standards, legal obligations, and firm policies.
- Coordinate internal quality file reviews and risk audits across service lines.
- Prepare the firm for external reviews or inspections and oversee remediation actions.
- Manage the firm's risk register and report key operational, regulatory, legal, and reputational risks to leadership.
- Liaise with firm leadership, practice heads, and service line teams to support risk mitigation and quality enhancement.
- CA qualified with a minimum of 8 years' experience in a professional services, legal, or compliance environment.
- Strong working knowledge of APESB standards, ASQM 1, ethical frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
