Job Title: Quality and Risk Professional

Our organisation seeks a proactive Quality and Risk Professional who will play a key role in the business' future growth and development. This individual will be responsible for managing the firm's Quality Management System, coordinating internal and external reviews, and overseeing incident and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and monitor the firm's Quality Management System in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate internal quality file reviews and risk audits across service lines.
  • Prepare the firm for external reviews or inspections and oversee remediation actions.
  • Manage the firm's risk register and report key operational, regulatory, legal and reputational risks to leadership.
  • Lead incident management processes including breaches, complaints, data incidents and professional indemnity claim notifications.


Qualifications and Experience:
  • CA qualified.
  • Minimum 8 years experience in a professional services, legal or compliance environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of APESB standards, ethical frameworks and regulatory requirements.
