We offer numerous benefits and value each employee's contribution.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Risk, Quality & Compliance Officer to join us on a full-time or part-time basis.
You will play a vital role in ensuring our fertility clinic operates within legal, ethical, and professional standards.
Your responsibilities include maintaining and improving our quality management systems, managing clinical and operational risks, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as NATA, RTAC, and ISO 9001.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and improve Genea's Quality Management System (QMS) to support continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with industry standards and accreditations, including RTAC and ISO 9001.Conduct internal audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify improvement opportunities.Manage Genea's incident management system, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.Participate in governance meetings, analyzing and reporting on quality metrics, trends, and risks.Design and deliver training on quality and compliance best practices.Promote a culture of quality, safety, and accountability through cross-functional collaboration.Support external audits by liaising with relevant departments to ensure readiness and compliance.QualificationsWe seek a detail-oriented, proactive individual passionate about delivering safe, high-quality patient care.Essential Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality, risk, or compliance role.Familiarity with RTAC Code of Practice, ISO 15189, and NATA is highly desirable.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail.Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and commitment to patient safety.Additional InformationWhat's in it for you?
