Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and processes
- Deliver administrative and support services
- Source and compile HR information
- Update and maintain HR records and databases
- Identify and recommend continuous improvement in HR
- Answer HR queries
- Train and advise managers on recruitment and selection procedures
- Assist with recruitment campaigns
- Participate in the appointment process
- Monitor recruitment metrics
- Discuss terms and conditions of employment
- Review employees' work progress
Selection Criteria:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in human resources
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership ability
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Working knowledge of HR systems and software
- Ability to research, analyze, and make logical decisions
- Updated knowledge of recruitment strategies and employment legislation
- Excellent writing ability
- Ability to develop trusting relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Human resources experience

- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Working knowledge of HR systems and software
