We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to support the effective operation of our HR team at Doctors&Co Management.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality HR advice and support to managers and employees, implementing HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with organizational and government requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees

  • Deliver administrative and support services
  • Source and compile HR information
  • Update and maintain HR records and databases

  • Answer HR queries
  • Train and advise managers on recruitment and selection procedures

  • Monitor recruitment metrics

Selection Criteria:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in human resources
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Working knowledge of HR systems and software
  • Ability to research, analyze, and make logical decisions
  • Updated knowledge of recruitment strategies and employment legislation
  • Excellent writing ability
  • Ability to develop trusting relationships with stakeholders
