Food and Beverage Supervisor

Sofitel Brisbane Central is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Food and Beverage Supervisor in the sophisticated Cuvee Lounge Bar. As a member of our operational team, you will play a significant role in delivering unparalleled service to our valuable guests, contributing to the epitome of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and delegate duties to a small team of Food and Beverage Attendants
- Prepare a range of beverages, including coffee and cocktails, to the highest standard
- Liaise with the kitchen to collect food orders and ensure seamless service
- Assist with outlet opening and closing duties, maintaining a high level of presentation and cleanliness
- Perform cash handling and process payments with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain the visual appeal of the outlet, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and ambassadors are well-presented
- Ensure the highest standard of food and beverage quality and visual appeal is maintained
- Exceed guest expectations, delivering a service that exudes luxury and aligns with Sofitel brand standards
- Promote a strong Heartist and luxury culture within the team
- Lead and mentor a team focused on providing unforgettable guest experiences
- Availability to work day and night shift on a rotating roster with full availability on weekends and public holidays
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory role
- A luxury service-focused personality
- Passionate about food and beverage with high-level service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
- Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification
- A high level of personal presentation aligning to brand standards
- A team player with the ability to work efficiently
