Job Title: Food and Beverage Attendant

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Food and Beverage Attendants in various exclusive outlets within our hotel, including the renowned Suzette Restaurant, In-Room Dining, Mini Bar, and the sophisticated Cuvee Lounge Bar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to our valuable guests, contributing to the epitome of luxury hospitality.
  • Provide memorable experiences through a la carte lunch and dinner services for esteemed guests at Suzette, the flagship restaurant of Sofitel Brisbane Central.
  • Receive food and beverage orders from in-house guests via phone, prepare service trays, collect orders from the kitchen, and deliver them to the guest room.
  • Maintain the minibar in accordance with established service standards and procedures to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and order.
Requirements:
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification.
  • Fundamental proficiency in food and beverage service skills.
  • Exceptional personal presentation.
  • Polite and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Capability to work efficiently and independently.
