Globally renowned professional services company Perigon Group is seeking a skilled Corporate Coffee Specialist to lead our in-house cafe. This is a permanent 30 hour per week position, working 7am - 2pm Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.

The Role

  • Cafe Leadership: Take charge of coffee preparation, sales, ordering, and bring in fresh ideas to enhance our offerings.
  • Communication & Documentation: Oversee cafe communications, manage documentation, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Training & Mentorship: Share your coffee knowledge by providing ongoing training and support to your colleagues.
  • Admin Support: Assist the Client Services and Facilities Manager with various administrative and reporting tasks.
  • Meeting Assistance: Provide waiter service for meetings, including setup, cleanup, and ensuring everything runs smoothly during busy times.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share responsibilities, ensuring seamless operations during peak periods and absences.
  • After-Hours Support: Offer waiter and bar service for after-hours meetings and events as required.

About you:

  • Previous experience as a Barista is essential.
  • The ability to prioritise and problem solve under pressure.
  • Punctual, dependable, and exceptionally organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong client focus, demonstrating diplomacy and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Skilled at planning your workload to ensure timely service for customers.
  • Accurate in maintaining profit and loss records.
  • Present yourself impeccably, adhering to dress standards.
