We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Informa Group Plc. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Journey Management: Oversee the customer journey from start to finish, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Partnership Development: Identify and research strategic partners to collaborate with locally and internationally, expanding our reach and customer base.
- Business Matchmaking: Manage our business matchmaking platform, connecting businesses with potential customers and partners, and tracking results to ensure high ROI for clients.
- Marketing Toolkit Management: Create and manage our marketing toolkit, including marketing materials such as e-signatures, social media posts, and explainer videos.
- Marketing Channel Management: Support our marketing channels, including catalogue, MML, SMS, WhatsApp, and website, to ensure effective reach and engagement with our target audience.
- Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with the ability to develop and execute campaigns that align with our overall marketing goals.
- Content Creation: Excellent content creation skills, including writing blog posts, articles, infographics, and white papers that resonate with our target audience.
- Social Media: Proven social media skills, with the ability to manage social media accounts and engage with customers to promote our products and services.
- Email Marketing: Skilled in email marketing, with the ability to send targeted and relevant email campaigns that drive results.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure the results of marketing campaigns and use this data to improve future campaigns.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including marketing team members, sales team members, and clients.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with others, sharing ideas, and giving and receiving feedback.
