Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a range of specialist clinics, delivering safe care to non-admitted patients, and supervising EEN practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a range of specialist clinics, including coordination of patient care and communication with multidisciplinary teams.
- Deliver safe and effective care to non-admitted patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Supervise EEN practice, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to clinical guidelines.
Requirements
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience in a hospital environment, with a focus on outpatient services.
- Proven ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of specialist clinics, including coordination of patient care and communication with multidisciplinary teams.
