
Programmatic Partnership Developer

Our ideal candidate will lead and grow strategic partnerships with top merchants, ad agencies, and holding companies to drive business growth through programmatic advertising solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including DSPs, sales teams, and programmatic teams at agencies, holding companies, and clients in ANZ.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive agency and advertiser relationships, maximizing opportunities with each client.
- Design and execute innovative media and campaign strategies to meet or exceed client KPIs.
- Provide expert recommendations on budget optimization across programmatic and digital media placements to deliver positive return on marketing investment.
- Cultivate a passion for programmatic, retail media, and navigating complex advertising landscapes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships or sales within a buy-side ad tech company, working directly with brands and ad agencies to drive monetization of programmatic solutions.
- Deep knowledge of the advertising agency landscape, Demand Side Platforms, and identity resolution technology.
- Hands-on experience in at least one DSP platform.
- Comprehensive understanding of programmatic buying, audience creation, campaign management, and in-dash optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
