Empowering Lives through Support Work

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide day-to-day support, personal care, and personal development to our customers. This includes assisting them with community living services to promote their active involvement in their local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing individualized support and care to customers
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care and domestic duties
  • Supporting customers with mobility issues or other special needs
  • Encouraging customers to participate in community activities and events
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues

Requirements:
  • Valid VIC Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (HLTAID0011) or willingness to obtain prior to commencing
  • Ability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including days, evenings, sleepovers, and weekend shifts
  • Willingness to provide a NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)
  • Good computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
