Job Description:

As a Member Support Consultant, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. You will be the first point of contact for prospective members and inspire them to begin their wellness journey with us.

The role is highly varied and has two clear goals: achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service. You will be an expert in all things Goodlife, seamlessly swapping between sales and lead generation, providing service on the reception desk, and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to club sales budget utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalized interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
