In this role, you will guide walking tours through various Perth and Fremantle locales, captivating diverse groups with your knowledge and charm, and ensuring that every guest leaves with lasting, joyful memories.

Qualifications
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A natural flair for engaging with a diverse clientele.
  • A strong commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Familiarity with Perth's history and culture, or an eagerness to learn.
  • Quick-thinking and adept at managing unexpected situations.
  • Physical fitness, capable of leading extensive walking tours.
  • HLTAID011 Provide First Aid certification, ensuring the highest standards of guest safety and care.
  • Commitment of at least 6 months in the role.
Responsibilities
  • Lead engaging and insightful walking tours around Perth, providing captivating commentary about the area's history, culture, and landmarks.
  • Cultivate a warm, inclusive atmosphere, welcoming guests from all walks of life and acting as an educator, host, facilitator, and companion.
  • Skilfully handle a range of scenarios with professionalism and poise, prioritising guest safety and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate exemplary organisational skills, including strict adherence to punctuality, effective time management, and the capability to excel both independently and collaboratively.
  • Exhibit a magnetic and empathetic personality, effortlessly connecting with people of various ages and backgrounds, while attentively addressing guests' needs and questions.
  • Play an active role in fostering a team environment characterized by strong collaboration and mutual support.
