About Us

Based in Busselton, Villa Carlotta Travel has been a trusted name in escorted group touring for over 30 years. We're proud to deliver thoughtful, high-quality experiences for our loyal community of senior travelers. Tours typically depart from Perth and cover diverse regions throughout WA.

Who We're Looking For

This role is ideal for semi-retired or retired couples based in Perth, particularly those with experience in education, hospitality, customer service, or travel. Whether leading solo or as a team, we look for people who are:

  • Well-presented and organised

  • Warm, friendly, and professional communicators

  • Natural problem-solvers who remain calm under pressure

  • Passionate travellers with a positive, can-do attitude

  • Genuinely caring and guest-focused

Essential Requirements

  • HR driver's licence with PTD authorisation (Driver)

  • First Aid & CPR certification

  • Engaging and informative speaking skills (Tour Leader)

  • Comfortable with basic technology and email communication

  • National Police Clearance (within 12 months)

  • Good level of fitness and health

  • Strong commitment to safety and duty of care
