This is a pivotal position that provides crucial support to warehouse operations through efficient administration, documentation management, and coordination.
The Administration Officer will play a vital part in ensuring road operations and maintenance activities run smoothly by keeping systems up-to-date, managing communications, and maintaining accurate records across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrated experience in an administrative capacity (preferably in logistics, warehousing, or a related field)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Daily communication and collaboration with operations, management, and external stakeholders
- Reporting including scope of works and project costing
- Coordination of import and export orders
- Documentation processing
- Data entry
- Liaison with carriers, clients, and internal and external teams
The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles. They should also possess a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office and intermediate computer literacy.
