Job Title: Disability Support Worker

  • Support individuals with autism to achieve their goals and maintain self-regulation through community access.
  • Collaborate with allied health professionals to develop and implement support plans that empower clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in supporting individuals with autism, preferably in a residential or community setting.
  • Ability to administer medication and manage the health needs of clients.
  • Knowledge of behavior support strategies and interventions, including positive behavioral support.
  • Compassionate and empathetic individual who is patient, dedicated, and passionate about empowering clients.
