Job Description

This position involves working with adults presenting anxiety and depressive disorders, personality disorders, neurodevelopmental, and behavioural concerns, trauma-based conditions. The focus is on long-term solutions through proven therapy frameworks like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Behavioural Analysis, and Mindfulness Interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents or adults with neurodivergent conditions.
  • Manage a caseload of your choice.
  • Six billable hours of therapy per day.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of psychologists and admin staff to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Participate in regular multidisciplinary discussions to enhance client outcomes.
About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have general registration with AHPRA, at least two years of post-registration experience, registered or clinical status, and strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
  • They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative approach to client care is essential.
