Occupational Therapist Role

We are a leading provider of services to the NDIS, supporting thousands of participants every year with their care needs.

As an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in making a positive impact in our community.

We welcome applications from passionate and skilled Occupational Therapists who have a proven track record of working with NDIS participants.

In this role, you will:

  • Assess participants' levels of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Offer support and advice on adaptations to the environment, including home, school, work, and residential facilities.
  • Recommend Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and promote independence.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working with NDIS participants.
  • Relevant insurance, including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • Police clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Active ABN.
