As a dynamic Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the Customer Experience Transformation Plan, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You will leverage new technologies and refined procedures to better meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction for the project, setting clear objectives and aligning internal stakeholders towards achieving successful outcomes.
  • Oversee the alignment of various workstreams and develop new workflows, metrics, and reporting systems to enhance efficiency and transparency.
  • Develop comprehensive frameworks for project delivery, including governance structures, risk management strategies, and performance indicators.
  • E nsure effective change management processes to improve understanding of customer needs and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all parties are aligned with project concepts and strategies.
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement in practices, technology, and procedures to better serve customers.

About This Opportunity:

  • An attractive remuneration package from $189,208 to $209,839 per annum.
