Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Leader to join our team at AMP. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex transformation initiatives, driving business outcomes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive transformation plans, aligned with business goals and objectives
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide progress updates
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deploy innovative solutions
  • Monitor and analyze project metrics to inform decision-making and optimize results
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the transformation journey
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformations in the financial services sector
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience with agile methodologies and digital transformation tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
