About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team in Launceston. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our presence in the region.

Your primary focus will be on developing and nurturing existing customers through systematic cycle visits and interactions, as well as identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.

You will have the ability to learn quickly and demonstrate a willingness to undertake any task at hand. You will also have excellent problem-solving and time management skills, as well as demonstrated high-level customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities in a structured, focused, and considered manner
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the business and its operations
  • Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement
  • Strive for improvement in operations while upholding a high level of safety at all times
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs each week

  • Well-presented and possessing strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Outgoing by nature, with a strong focus on customer service and a willingness to work autonomously
  • Previous face-to-face selling experience is highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
  • Valid Australian Driver's License and a reliable roadworthy vehicle
