BCF Sustainable Packaging Specialist

**About the Role:**
Super Retail Group, a leading retailer in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a highly skilled professional to drive consistency in the delivery of private branded packaging across its BCF hard goods and apparel ranges.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain the BCF Private Brand Sustainable Packaging guidelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with government regulations.
- Own the reporting process for stewardship programs, such as APCO, and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team and Trade Partners to drive improvement in BCF packaging, aligning with sustainability goals.
- Monitor and analyze the number of updated and to-be-updated private brand products, providing regular reports on sustainability improvements.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the private brand portfolio.
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience in packaging sourced products, with a focus on sustainability.
- Demonstrated understanding of packaging guidelines implementation and compliance practices.
- Knowledge of sustainable packaging methods and experience working with packaging sustainability program practices.
- Previous experience in managing or adhering to branding and/or packaging standards.
- Experience in Merchandise categories, preferably in Hardgoods, Automotive, Tools, FMCG, Toys, or other packaged products.
- Influencing and communicating with broad stakeholder groups, including trade partners and internal business leaders.
- Qualification in a business-related discipline.
