About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a BCF Sustainable Packaging Technologist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving consistency in the delivery of private branded packaging across our BCF hard goods and apparel ranges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain the BCF Private Brand Sustainable Packaging guidelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with government regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve packaging sustainability, including materials, tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising team and Trade Partners to ensure adherence to packaging standards and guidelines.
  • Provide expert guidance on sustainable packaging methods and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze packaging data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive sustainability initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in packaging sourced products.
  • Demonstrated understanding of packaging guidelines and regulations.
  • Knowledge of sustainable packaging methods and practices.
  • Previous experience with compliance practices for branding and packaging standards.
  • Experience working in Merchandise categories, preferably in Hardgoods, Automotive, Tools, FMCG, Toys, or other packaged products.
  • Influencing and communicating with broad stakeholder groups.
  • Qualification in a business-related discipline.
