BCF Brand Sustainable Packaging Coordinator

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to drive consistency in the delivery of private branded packaging in line with our sustainable packaging guidelines and ensure ARL & FSC packaging artwork is correct across the BCF hard goods & apparel ranges.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all internal & external packaging of our goods meet the groups & government mandatory packaging regulations.
You will be passionate about all things sustainable and someone that will take the lead & drive a new approach to sustainability in packaging, including materials, tracking, reporting, support and guidance for the Merchandising team and Trade Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owns the maintenance, and supports standardisation to the BCF Private Brand Sustainable Packaging guidelines
- Ensures the BCF Private Brand Sustainable Packaging guidelines are adhered to
- Drives improvement in BCF packaging
- Reports on and analyses the number of updated and to be updated Private Brand products
- Reports on sustainability improvements
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all stakeholders in the private brand portfolio
Requirements:
- 3 + years in packaging sourced products
- A demonstrated understanding of the implementation of packaging guidelines
- Knowledge of sustainable packaging methods and experience working with packaging sustainability program practices
- Previous experience with management of or adhering to compliance practices for branding and/or packaging standards
- Experiencing in working in Merchandise categories preferably in Hardgoods, Automotive, Tools, FMCG, Toys or other packaged product.
- Influencing and communicating with broad stakeholder groups, including trade partners and internal business leaders at all levels
- Qualification in a business-related discipline
