We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist to provide exceptional reception and administrative services as the first point of contact for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Sound knowledge of mental health services and experience working in a reception/administrative role.
  • Proficiency with patient management software (WebPAS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
  • A calm demeanour and ability to work independently, with minimum supervision, as well as in a team.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and respect for confidentiality in all matters.
