Women's Mental Health Specialist

">About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Women’s Mental Health Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. This part-time role includes a regular Sunday shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy, mental health assessments, and care coordination across inpatient and outpatient programs.
  • Contribute your expertise to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care in a safe, nurturing environment.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and registration (Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in mental health.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide evidence-based interventions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Commitment to recovery-oriented practice.
  • Training or experience in CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT, schema therapy, or psychodynamic therapy.
