Organisational Development Advisor - Diversity and Inclusion

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is a leading provider of integrated supports and services to people with a disability across Queensland and northern NSW.

Reporting directly to the Organisational Development Manager, the newly created Organisation Development Advisor - Diversity and Inclusion position focuses on developing a powerful culture where every person is valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver organisational development projects within our Future Workforce Strategy
  • Contribute to developing CPL's Diversity and Inclusion Plan
  • Implement planned diversity and inclusion activities at CPL Group including Reconciliation Action Plan commitments
  • Coordinate events that increase diversity and support inclusion
  • Support change programs to strengthen culture and embed values
  • Contribute to the development of diversity and inclusion metrics
  • Analyse and report diversity, capability, culture, engagement and performance management metrics

Selection Criteria:

  • Qualifications in Organisational psychology or human resources
  • Human resources experience, particularly in learning and development or HR projects
  • Working knowledge of employee engagement, organisation culture, capability and development, talent management and diversity and inclusion practices
  • Organised with a natural inclination for planning and events management
  • Experience of managing small- medium projects or events with a pro-active approach
  • Committed to social impact and enhancing diversity and inclusion of minority groups
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills across diverse stakeholders
  • Blue card and NDIS worker clearance required to start (we can help)
