Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and interesting projects, take ownership of specific project domains, and lead client consultations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of specific project domains or work streams and deliver them to a high standard
  • Lead client consultations and other client engagements
  • Undertake project coordination activities on small to medium-sized projects
  • Develop strong, well-crafted deliverables to convey key messages to clients
  • Take an active role in client development by coordinating client or sector teams
  • Provide exceptional support to Project Directors and Managers
  • Stay across latest news and developments in the industry
  • Support, guide, and develop others on projects
Requirements
  • Tertiary level qualifications in Organisational Development, Psychology, Leadership, Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related discipline
  • 1-3 years' experience in a professional services environment with a focus on Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Leadership Assessment and Development, Workforce Development, Learning and Development, Coaching and Facilitation
  • Understanding of organisational and people challenges within large and complex organisations
  • Strong analytical skills and the capacity to interpret qualitative and quantitative data
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
