The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join our QBE Europe team as Commercial Partnership Growth Manager. In this role, you will drive growth across the portfolio with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and high service standards. You will partner with assigned networks of intermediaries, to profitably grow the business and meet sales and growth targets.
Your New Role
You will work in a great team environment and be responsible for developing account management plans, proactively developing key relationships and analysing current trends and growth opportunities within the portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
- Establish and develop good working relationships with intermediaries in your assigned portfolio, for the purpose of developing, then monitoring compliant and profitable repeat business.
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively promote and support the intermediaries and QBE Europe's products & services and company image to clients.
- Review existing portfolios and recommend strategies for increased growth.
- Work with Service Standards as agreed with Senior Managers.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Business Development Manager/Account Manager.
- Outstanding Customer Service and Relationship Building skills.
- Leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to lead by influence with Brokers and Underwriters.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment by supporting and developing team members.
- Product knowledge and understanding to engage intermediaries and fulfill growth opportunities.
