We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Online Marketing Gurus in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level and be part of a dynamic and award-winning agency.

The role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as birthday leave, paid parental leave, volunteer leave, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for career growth and development.

About the Role:

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading client communication, providing exceptional customer service, and developing strong relationships with all stakeholders. You will also be responsible for managing client portfolios, on-boarding new clients, and presenting project deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Lead client communication and provide exceptional customer service within assigned portfolio
  • Develop and grow relationships with all client stakeholders
  • Maintain client satisfaction via service levels and anticipate customer needs
  • On-board new clients and present company documentation for client on-boarding and reporting
  • Manage, communicate, and present project deliverables, timelines, expectations, goals, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue profitable growth opportunities in existing client portfolios
  • Work with SEO & PPC teams to ensure cutting-edge SEO strategies and complementing campaigns across other search, PPC, and social channels
  • Work with production and creative teams to ensure an unbeatable experience and fantastic results for clients

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in account management, client services/client management in the digital marketing space
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Knowledge/experience in SEO, PPC, Social Media Advertising, and Web Builds
  • Relationship-building skills to quickly build rapport with all types of people
  • Ability to understand and overcome challenges with clients
  • Solutions-focused with a positive attitude
  • Effective time management skills to manage multiple projects and work with various teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
