Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to lead our Atlassian products team. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in the transition from SNOW to JSM and own all platform requirements & backlog roadmap.

About You
  • You have at least 7+ years of experience with Service Management platforms such as SNOW, JSM, BMC remedy.
  • You have a strong understanding of SaaS, IaaS, PaaS provisioning and Application infrastructure, architecture.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure that Jira Service Management (SM) platform is fit for purpose & aligned to business needs.
  2. Develop and maintain ITSM processes, ensuring they are clearly defined and reviewed regularly with service & capability owners.
  3. Work closely with the Service Experience Lead to identify and resolve process issues and problems.
  4. Oversee the migration from SNOW to Jira Service Management, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
  5. Implement audit requirements, monitoring and testing controls to conform to policy.
  6. Ensure JSM is used for tracking Incidents, Problem Management, Technical Tasks and Change management.
  7. Provide Lendlease Managed Service partners with access to reporting i.e. service requests & incidents using JSM.
  8. Collaborate with Managed Service partners to maintain, support, upgrade, improve, and manage Atlassian products like Confluence, Jira and bitbucket to the highest standards.
  9. Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan for the Atlassian platform, conducting DR tests and plans in accordance with Digital policies.
  10. Partner with Heads of Digital, Business partners, Business stakeholders, Service & Capability owners, Managed Service partners, IT specialists & cross-functional teams to deliver successful platform outcomes.
  11. Collaborate with SM platform technology partners and vendors to drive ongoing changes and optimization.
  12. Oversee Atlassian product upgrades and maintenance, including concept, design, development, testing, quality assurance, release, and iteration.
  13. Ensure end users receive adequate and regular training to drive ongoing adoption and embedment.
