Our Projects and Development Services (PDS) team provides corporate and institutional clients with the management of design, construction, and relocation services to minimize risk and eliminate unnecessary costs.
">Our projects range from greenfield developments to major fitouts and refurbishments, from single one-off projects to state, national multi-site, and regional roll-out projects requiring consistent nationwide delivery. As one of the largest project management firms in Australia with a team of over 320 professional staff, we operate in sectors including commercial, industrial, education, data centres, hotels, retail, and defence.
">Your Role
">We're seeking a Client-Side Project Manager and Assistant Project Managers to work with our clients in and around Sydney and Newcastle. The roles vary and include working on accounts like AusPost & TAFE or development plus commercial workplaces.
">You will manage end-to-end project management activity for construction sites, refurbs, and fit-outs. Reporting to the PMO team, you'll plan, organize, program, and run a rollout of different types of work, from minor to major upgrades.

- Relevant experience in construction project management or related fields">
- Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office">
- Possess an exceptional level of attention to detail with a high level of customer focus and stakeholder management">
- Ability to think, analyze, and problem-solve in high-pressure situations">
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to complete within specified deadlines">
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimum supervision">
- Proven comparable experience is essential when applying for Project Manager roles">
