Our Projects and Development Services (PDS) team provides corporate and institutional clients with the management of design, construction, and relocation services to minimize risk and eliminate unnecessary costs.

Our projects range from greenfield developments to major fitouts and refurbishments, from single one-off projects to state, national multi-site, and regional roll-out projects requiring consistent nationwide delivery. As one of the largest project management firms in Australia with a team of over 320 professional staff, we operate in sectors including commercial, industrial, education, data centres, hotels, retail, and defence.

Your Role

">

We're seeking a Client-Side Project Manager and Assistant Project Managers to work with our clients in and around Sydney and Newcastle. The roles vary and include working on accounts like AusPost & TAFE or development plus commercial workplaces.

You will manage end-to-end project management activity for construction sites, refurbs, and fit-outs. Reporting to the PMO team, you'll plan, organize, program, and run a rollout of different types of work, from minor to major upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relevant experience in construction project management or related fields">
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office">
  • Possess an exceptional level of attention to detail with a high level of customer focus and stakeholder management">
  • Ability to think, analyze, and problem-solve in high-pressure situations">
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to complete within specified deadlines">
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimum supervision">
  • Proven comparable experience is essential when applying for Project Manager roles">

Salary Range: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per year
