About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Business Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Agribusiness banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their individual needs and preferences.
You will work closely with clients to deliver tailored financial solutions and services, collaborating with product specialists to drive business origination and growth across diverse customer sectors. You will also develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.
With a strong commercial acumen and experience in managing complex portfolios, you will be able to analyze client data and identify opportunities for growth. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, while your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in this role.
