We are seeking a highly skilled Remuneration Specialist to join our People & Capability team at AngloGold Ashanti Australia Limited. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to provide data-driven insights to inform remuneration decisions that align with our business objectives, industry benchmarks, and promote employee engagement and retention.
Key Accountabilities- Partner with the Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering teams to manage remuneration and benefits queries.
- Lead the annual performance, bonus, and salary review processes, ensuring efficient execution within budget.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform recommendations on overall employee remuneration and benefits.
- Prepare and submit data for the annual WGEA reporting and manage relevant communications.
- Provide role grading analysis to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
We want you to collaborate with us, share your ideas, and feel confident to challenge the status quo. To be considered, you will demonstrate a strong commitment towards leading a safe work culture, hold a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field, and have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in remuneration and benefits.
