As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to provide data-driven insights to inform remuneration decisions that align with our business objectives, industry benchmarks, and promote employee engagement and retention.
Key Accountabilities- Partner with the Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering teams to manage remuneration and benefits queries.
- Lead the annual performance, bonus, and salary review processes, ensuring efficient execution within budget.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform recommendations on overall employee remuneration and benefits.
- Prepare and submit data for the annual WGEA reporting and manage relevant communications.
- Provide role grading analysis to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

To be considered, you will demonstrate a strong commitment towards leading a safe work culture, hold a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field, and have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in remuneration and benefits.
