Senior Reward Specialist

Perenti Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Reward Specialist to join our Corporate HR team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing reward strategies that drive employee engagement and organisational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Manager Reward in preparing papers and associated documentation for People and Remuneration Committee and Board meetings.
  • Develop reward strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide remuneration consulting support to leaders and HR Business Partners.
  • Conduct job evaluations supporting reward recommendations for senior management.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting, including annual reports such as WGEA.
  • Prepare group-wide recommendations on remuneration and benefits initiatives across the organisation.
  • Support with the administration of incentive programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience within Reward or 2-3 years' experience in Reward or Remuneration and Benefits combined with several years of HR Generalist or Business Partnering experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in an ASX300 company.
  • In-depth knowledge of remuneration principles, including market data analysis, market data submission, job analysis, salary structures, incentive plans, and pay equity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to synthesise information effectively.
  • Meticulous with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management systems.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, workload, and delivery to deadlines.
