Customer Experience Agent

We are seeking a motivated Customer Experience Agent to be the ambassador for our award-winning restaurants and luxury hotels.

This role requires someone to deliver world-class customer service that creates a memorable and thrilling guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound telephone calls for transactions ranging from call transfers and basic information inquiries to complex hotel, dining, spa, event and entertainment reservations.
  • Provide guests with a clear picture of our products and service offerings while keeping customers' needs and wants in mind.
  • Organise and co-ordinate Group Reservation elements including room drops, group arrivals, early check-ins, late check-outs, in-room amenities and upgrades.
  • Ensure that guest requests for reservations and other services are met and confirmed and that each guest experience is memorable and positive.
  • Complete handovers with Front Office team prior to client arrivals and VIP guests.
