Casual Marketing Associate

This is a flexible role requiring approximately 2-3 days per week, with adaptability in the specific hours worked week to week.

The Role:
  • Support the tactics being implemented for our annual marketing strategies, including planning for customer dinners and roadshows, booth design, collateral and other promotional materials, creation of content and assets to support launches, managing the setup of new products in our system, working with operation partners to coordinate the setup of implant and instrument kits in preparation for launch, demand planning for a portfolio, understanding feedback from the field and providing portfolio/market insights to the Demand planners.
  • Primary point of contact for the field team able to troubleshoot questions from the field about products and procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science, Health Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A genuine passion for Orthopaedics and Arthroplasty, healthcare, and improving patient outcomes.
  • A curious, driven individual who's eager to learn and grow.
  • A self-motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A creative thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills.
