About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our team at the Wollongong Clinic. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-level nursing care with the ability to work autonomously. You will be responsible for delivering a range of clinical and administrative services including patient triage and assessment, administering vaccinations, and providing travel health consultations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high level nursing care
  • Patient triage and assessment
  • Administering vaccinations and providing travel health consultations
  • Coal Board Medical Screening
  • Monitoring & maintaining stock levels
  • Maintenance & sterilisation of all equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with Department of Health Protocols
  • General administration duties
  • Phlebotomy and specimen collection


Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will hold a current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, you will have:
  • Current First Aid Certification and CPR Certification
  • Certificate in Phlebotomy
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Coal Board experience
  • Current Immunisation Certificate
