About the Role:
The nursing professional will provide person-centered care, collaborating with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver quality care under the direction of the registered nurse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respect the rights of individuals and groups in a multi-disciplinary team environment by providing effective clinical communication using technology, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Identify and resolve conflict situations by managing own emotional responses and interacting with others professionally.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, maintain competence, and enhance skills, sharing expertise with colleagues.
- Apply a person-centered approach to nursing, embracing change in care delivery.
- Understand quality improvement and evidence-based practice, with recent clinical experience relevant to the position.

Selection Criteria:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Current Registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.

- Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence.
