- Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure seamless team operations
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated competencies in nursing care within a multidisciplinary environment
- Effective clinical communication and interpersonal skills
