Job Title: Customer Experience Liaison
The role of Customer Experience Liaison is a pivotal position within the Directorate of Operations. As part of this team, you will form the first point of contact for families and stakeholders, providing support and guidance through various services delivered with care and compassion.
This fixed-term contract role offers a unique opportunity to positively impact the community, working closely with the Operations Directorate to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to all enquiries as the primary point of contact
- Manage complaints and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Process ROI enquiries and administer related tasks
- Assist with administrative duties associated with customer requests and activities
- Book sales appointments and manage permit enquiries
- Conduct deceased search locations and provide funeral services information
- Support promotional material development and collaborate with clients on cremated remains collection
- Maintain a clean and presentable Cremation Room and reception area
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A qualification in Business or Administration, or relevant experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
- The capacity to manage emotions in demanding situations and maintain cultural sensitivity
