About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Advisor - Associate in Risk Management Solutions. As part of our dynamic Corporate Bank, you will play a key role in delivering seamless solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the origination of FX and Rates business with corporate clients, conducting deep dives into client financial reports and providing insights on debt structures and payment/receivable terms.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by preparing client presentations and pitches, working closely with Hub and Branch sales teams to generate innovative ideas and pitchbooks for risk management solutions.
  • Handle day-to-day client queries related to execution and settlement matters, providing regular market and regulatory updates to clients and the team.
  • Collaborate with internal support functions, including middle office and back office, to manage ISDA/documentation/KYC processes and develop FIC hedging solutions for clients.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, paid over and above fixed pay, along with superannuation benefits.

Your Skills and Experience
  • Minimum two years of experience in an FX & Rates oriented risk management solutions role.
  • Intellectually curious individuals with a passion for problem-solving, strong communication skills, and an ambitious mindset.
