As our new Safety & Injury Services Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our 2,000 nationally dispersed colleagues. This challenging yet rewarding position is ideal for an HSE and Injury Management practitioner experienced in the healthcare industry seeking career advancement.

You will work closely with the Serco Defence Business Unit Team to support AHSC management and front-line teams in implementing health, safety, and injury management programs. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring operational success and making a positive impact on our employees' lives.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Australian citizenship with eligibility to obtain a Defence Security Clearance.
  • Experience in injury and safety management with a dispersed workforce.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Current Driver's Licence and the ability to travel interstate as needed.
  • Capacity to work from the office with up to 80% national travel.
  • Certificate IV in Allied Health/HSE (Minimum).
  • Relevant Return to Work Coordinator Accreditation.

This role comes with a competitive salary of $100,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including comprehensive training and support, career advancement opportunities, and flexible work arrangements.
