Claims and Injury Management Professional

As a Claims and Injury Management Professional with Kennedy Reid, you will be responsible for managing an end-to-end portfolio of 50-55 injured workers. This role requires strong communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and make liability decisions on claims.
The Role- Manage a caseload of 50-55 injured workers, providing expert guidance and support throughout the claims process.
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Make informed liability decisions on claims, taking into account relevant factors and evidence.
- Coordinate medical treatment as necessary, working closely with medical professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Conduct strategic file reviews with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive positive outcomes.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, influencing decision-making and driving business results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with company line managers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Work within a Monday to Friday schedule, with core hours between 8:30am and 5:00pm.
