Job Overview

As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success by supporting all aspects of human resources and end-to-end recruitment for our organization.

This is a fast-paced dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll enjoy a balanced mix of recruitment and HR generalist responsibilities with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and teams to provide guidance and support on HR processes, legislation, policies, and talent acquisition.
  • Support the team in managing employment conditions and employee life cycle events.
  • Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and enterprise agreements.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for our Queensland-based roles.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including performance management and grievances.
  • Conduct risk assessments to help mitigate people-related risks.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a solid background in recruitment and human resources.
  • Relevant qualification and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in line with legislation and organizational policies.
