We are seeking a Change Governance Specialist to oversee and enhance the integrated change management process across multiple service towers and suppliers.

This role is pivotal in ensuring operational stability, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement through structured ITIL-based change practices.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector transformation.

  • Oversight of the end-to-end change management process across all service domains and vendors.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to standardized change policies, procedures, and SLAs.
  • Chairing regular Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB (ECAB) meetings.
  • Facilitating decision-making for high-impact or emergency changes, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Reviewing and assessing high-risk, complex, or cross-supplier changes for readiness, impact, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to validate change plans and rollback strategies.
  • Tracking and analyzing change success rates, trends, and compliance metrics across suppliers.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation, process improvement, and service enhancement.
