We are seeking a highly skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our team at ForHealth Medical Centres. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients, working collaboratively with our experienced team of nurses and general practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform health assessments and administer vaccines as needed.
- Monitor patients post-vaccination and triage emergencies.
- Assist general practitioners with minor procedures and coordinate patient care.
- Provide health education and coaching to support patients in achieving their goals.
Requirements:
- AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Proven experience in general practice or an acute setting.
- Knowledge of health assessment is highly regarded.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
