Clinical Manager

Who are we looking for?
This is an opportunity for an experienced clinician to provide clinical leadership to the team at Dutton Court, engaging them to provide our residents with person-centred care of the highest quality in line with legislative, regulatory, and policy requirements.
What can you expect to be doing?
Empowering residents and their families to make informed decisions by educating team son health literacy and healthy ageing. Monitor care plans and ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting. Lead a culture that engages employees through communication, recognition and collaboration. Role model AnglicareSA values and proactively encourage a team environment and a learning culture. Actively participate in quality activities that ensure the provision of excellent resident outcomes. Oversee the service quality audit process, monitor compliance, and identify clinical trends. Coordinate the site clinical and care workforce management, ensuring the site is appropriately resourced.
What do you need to bring?
Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration. Experience in aged care (desirable). Experience in case management with a person-centred care model. Demonstrated understanding of Aged Care Standards, Quality framework and accreditation expectations, Aged Care Act and professional standards of competence and conduct as regulated by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Ability to apply a critical analysis and continuous improvement approach to address problems, formulate solutions, and exercise sound judgment. Proven ability to be compassionate towards employees, provide support, encouragement and recognition whilst ensuring they maintain work/life balance.AnglicareSA is committed to ensuring that our workplace is safe and free from known risks to the health and safety of employees, volunteers, students, and customers.
